Mick’s is amazing!! Outdoor AC unit stopped working in July (heat was awful- house was close to 90 degrees at some point). Called a local company to come look at it and they charged us way too much to just tell us that the entire unit needs replaced for several thousands of dollars. Wanted a second opinion so I called Mick’s, and they just replaced a few parts in the unit and the AC was on and running within an hour! Didn’t need to completely replace the unit like the first company said. And Mick’s charged way less than the first company, who didn’t even do anything! Amazing service, very professional workers, & very affordable. Will definitely be using them for any issues in the future!

Justin and the rest of the team at Mick’s is OUTSTANDING! After thoroughly listening to my explanation of the symptoms we were seeing with our heat pump, Justin opened everything up and began looking for signs of trouble. I appreciate this approach as he is able to see the system’s current standing as a whole, and not just individual components. He took the time to explain how everything works together to me, and answered every question I had about my system (something most others have answered with “it depends” or “I don’t know”). He cleaned, repaired, inspected, and tested every piece of our heating system, getting it up and running again in just 2 hours. Everything looks better than the day we moved in, and it’s running so much more efficiently now (you can actually feel a noticeable difference in the force and temperature of the air it’s blowing). Best of all, they gave me an AMAZING deal on this labor! I can’t thank them enough for keeping us warm this winter.

Mick’s recently replaced my heat pump, and I definitely recommend them. The worked with me to get a more efficient model and installed the complete system in only a day. They were also the lowest quote that I received. And when there was an issue with the higher efficiency rebate from power company, Mick’s stepped up and funded the rebate themselves. That was totally unexpected. I got great service from them, and I am very glad to have found them.
